FEES for 2026-2027

Application Fee: $30 per student

Registration Fee: $75 per student

Application fees are only charged one-time for new students and do not apply to returning students.

PreK (CP only) & Kinder

Elementary (1st-5th Grade)

Middle School (6th-8th Grade)

8:30am—2:40pm

Annual Tuition: $3,030.00

DISCOUNTS

Prepayment Discount

3% of annual tuition if paid on or before July 15th, 2026

2% of annual tuition if paid on or before Sept 15th, 2026

Sibling Discount

$150 off the annual tuition per child (for the second and subsequent children - does not apply to the first child)

Full Time Ministry Discount

Discount for full time ministry personnel – see administration for more info

PAYMENT PLANS

Annual tuition can be paid in ten equal monthly payments due on the 1^st of each month. Monthly payments begin August 1st for the upcoming school year. At least ONE payment (and all fees) must be made in order for a student to begin attending class. Accounts must be paid in full by May 1^st, 2026.

*Students may not re-enroll for the upcoming school year until the previous year’s balance is paid in full.

**Payments made after the 10^th are considered late and will incur a $15 late fee.

Tuition Information and Policies

A student’s account must be current by the first day of classes in order to attend. Half of the total balance must be paid on or before the beginning of 3^rd Quarter in order to continue attending the Academy. Please communicate with the administration early on if you realize these deadlines are going to be a concern for your family.
Enrollment commitments are for the FULL school year. There is a 10% per student fee for withdrawing a student mid-year (anytime after September 1^st). This 10% is calculated based on the student’s full year tuition cost.
Application and registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee. Tuition can be paid by cash or check. Payments made through our online service are charged a 2.9% processing fee.
